Great recipe for a gluten-free bread

Trying around with some gluten-free recipes I was seaching for a really good ajd easy one for bread… Which does not include expensive gluten-free flour mixes.
After trying different flour types, I have finally found one which led to a pretty good result…and is so easy to do!

What do you need:

2 eggs
150 g curd
50 g rice flour
50 g buckwheat flour
50 g linseed or hemp seeds or sesame seeds, depending on what you have at home
20 g Sunflower seeds + some for throwing on top
1/2 package of backing powder
bit salt

At first mix the eggs with the curd together.
Afterwards mix all of the flour and seed ingredents together with the backing powder in a seperate bowl and give everything into the egg/curd dough. Don’t forget to add the salt!
Mix well for at least 5 minutes.
Give the dough into a small form which is trated with butter and throw the sunflower seeds onto the bread-to-be.
Turn the oven to circulaiting mode at 150C and wait for about 30 min. until you can enjoy your lovely gluten-free bread! 🙂
